Returns
At Gentle Blossoms, we take great care in packing each piece with love. As a small business, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, if the product differs from what you expected, or due to colour variations caused by different screen displays. We kindly ask that you choose your items thoughtfully, as all sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at contact@gentle-blossoms.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photo proof of the issue. We will gladly assist you in making things right. Returned items should be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact, and must be sent back within 3 days of your report. Once inspected, customers may choose to receive a refund or exchange the item for a new one.

Return postage for faulty items is initially covered by the customer. However, if the item is confirmed to be faulty upon inspection, we will gladly refund the return shipping cost. Please be sure to keep the postage receipt so we can reimburse you accurately. We recommend packing the returning goods with care to ensure they arrive safely, as Gentle Blossoms is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
