All orders are lovingly packed and delivered via SF Express with tracking for peace of mind.
Delivery Time
- In-stock items : will be shipped within 2 – 4 working days
- Pre-order items : take approximately 14 – 30 working days to dispatch*
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be shipped together once all items are ready. Should you wish to receive them separately, an additional shipping fee and a HK$20 handling fee per shipment will apply.
* If a pre-ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a refund or help you choose an alternative style.
